Context
The different options for sustainable development demands interdisciplinary
learning and integrated approaches.
The knowledge upgrading, the development of training techniques, the opportunities
of learning organisations delineate a huge source of human resources for
innovate policies, processes and products to facilitate the success of
policies and actions of Local authorities, Governments, businesses, Ngos
and citizens.
The know-how and the attitudes should be oriented to an integrated approach,
through a combining use of professional up-dating skills, experimentation,
pilot projects, team-works, self-organisation, self-training, networking
projects, audit of learning processes and optimisation of Capacities building.
Our activities
Since many years Focus Lab organise and manage training courses in partnership
with different research centres and Universities, on different topics
as environmental management for local authorities and businesses, participation
and facilitation of participatory processes to sustainable development
addresses to students, officers and public administrators through integrated
and interactive tools, simulations, self-evaluation and with the asset
of multi-medial tools as training support.
